My deposit failed, how come?

If your deposit was unsuccessful, please check the following:

1. Follow the correct deposit steps

Make sure you have completed all required steps for the payment method you selected.

2. Check your card verification

For card payments, please ensure the Verified by Visa or Mastercard Secure password/code was entered correctly.

3. Check with your bank

Most failed deposits are caused by the bank declining the transaction. This can happen due to:

  • Insufficient funds

  • Spending limits on your account

  • Online transaction blocks

  • International transaction restrictions

  • Security checks by your bank

4. Contact your bank

Please contact your bank to confirm why the payment was declined.
